Delivery & Returns
Your order is important to us and we want you to get your LUK as fast as possible. We will begin processing your order within 24 hours of purchase. If you placed your order on the weekend or a holiday, it will be processed the next business day.
We ship using USPS or FedEx to allow our customers the best price for shipping. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Please allow 1-2 days for your tracking number to update once you have received your tracking information.
Returns & Exchanges*:
Did your item(s) not fit? We will ship you a different size! Was the item(s) not exactly what you thought it would be? Exchange it for something that you love! Did it arrive damaged? We will replace it! Just not your LUK? Well don't worry! You will have 15 days from the date you receive your shipment to return item(s) for a full refund*.
If you need a different size please contact us by visiting our contact page and let us know. We will give you instructions on returning and exchanging for the size you need.
